Out-of-Stock Policy
We do not charge your credit card until the day of shipping, so if your order is not
available you will not be charged.
Shipping Information
We can ship to anywhere in the world. Shipping and handling charges below
via USPS.
Domestic & APO Addresses (arrives in 2-5 days)
$7per Shipment and $3 per additional item
$20 additional for express shipping via USPS Express (arrives in 1-2 days)
International Addresses (usually arrives in 5-10 days)
Canada: $7 per Shipment and $3 per additional item
Most other Countries: $27 per Shipment and $3 per additional item
$20 additional for express shipping via USPS Express (3-5 days for most countries)
Return/Exchange Policy
We allow size exchanges ONLY within 30 days. You are responsible for shipping
costs. Please consider that our policy is within the industry standard.
Also note that returning dress must be in perfect condition. Any indication of use,
any amount of SMELL or STAIN will disqualify the dress for exchange.
There is a 30% restocking fee for canceling an order that has already been
shipped from the factory. NONE of our dress factories accept returns.
Payment Policy
We prefer PayPal payments to therose@therosedress.com. However, if you wish to pay by
money order, the payment must be received within 2 weeks or the order will be cancelled.
Our Best Buy Policy
The Rose Dress Inc. sincerely want to thank our customers for our success,
so we have decided on the following policy. We will be relentless with our
efforts to provide beautiful pink and blue discount flower girl dresses at the BESTBUY prices. If you come
across a lower price for the same item, even after you have placed an order,
we will do our best to match or beat the price. Unless the item/price is from
liquidation/clearance or unreasonable, we will make serious efforts to make it
clear to our customers our BESTBUY policy.
